1. No Refund on Customized Products

All our products are custom-made, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order is processed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• After verification, we will send a free replacement

Refunds are not provided for damaged items — only replacements.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong design, size, or product:

• Notify us within 48 hours

• Provide photos/video proof

• We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

• Low-quality photos submitted by the customer

• Spelling mistakes or wrong details entered during the order

• Change of mind after order confirmation

• Minor color or brightness differences

• Delays caused by courier partners

• Incorrect delivery address given by the customer

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase

• After production begins, cancellation is not possible
